Shipping and returns

Orders are prepared by the studio after payment confirmation. Shipping timing depends on artwork size, packaging requirements, and destination.

If an item arrives damaged, contact the studio with photographs of the work and packaging so the order can be reviewed.

Returns and refunds are handled case by case. Commissioned, personalised, or event-ticket purchases may not be returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
