When you buy artwork, products, tickets, or services, payment information is handled by Stripe or another secure payment provider. This website does not store full card numbers, CVC codes, or bank details.

We may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps, and security logs where needed to operate, protect, and improve the website.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, process and fulfil orders, manage event bookings and tickets, provide customer support, send essential service updates, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and protect the studio's legal rights.

We may use order and enquiry history to understand demand for artworks, improve the website, and manage stock, exhibitions, events, shipping, and customer service.

These services may include Vercel, Neon, Cloudinary, Resend, Stripe, delivery providers, and other tools used to operate the website and studio. We do not sell personal information.

Order, ticket, contact, and fulfilment records may be kept for accounting, tax, customer service, safety, fraud prevention, and dispute handling purposes.

If a customer behaves abusively, fraudulently, threateningly, or in a way that may harm Megan Ward, the studio, staff, suppliers, attendees, or other customers, relevant communications and transaction records may be retained for protection, enforcement, and legal purposes.

We may send essential emails about orders, tickets, enquiries, payments, delivery, cancellations, security, or policy changes. These service messages are separate from the optional mailing list.

If you enter your email address in the studio-notes sign-up form, you consent to receiving occasional blog and studio updates from Megan Ward. Subscriber details and email preferences are managed through Resend.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and unsubscribed addresses will not receive future blog broadcasts.
